Donate to Chapter 49,
VVA
Chapter 49 provides a great
service to its community, to Vietnam Veterans,
and to Veterans just now returning from active duty, by:
Providing services for Veterans at the NYS Veterans Home as
well as the FDR Veterans Hospital.
Granting college scholarships to graduating HS Seniors who are
the children of Active Duty Veterans.
Organizing and participating in patriotic and educational
programs in our communities and schools.
Standing up for the rights of all Veterans as they are
affected by local and national legislation.
Remembering and honoring all Veterans, particularly those
who gave all. And we must not overlook the wonderful
work performed by our
Basecamp
Foundation,
providing services that assist homeless Veterans in becoming
independent members of society.
Both Chapter 49, and its charitable foundation
Basecamp
Westchester, are not-for-profit organizations
able to receive tax-deductible donations in accordance with IRS
